Optional Extra – Une journée autour du vin…..
Why not increase your stay with us and enjoy
the wine of Gaillac, the centre
of one of the oldest wine producing areas in France. Though little known
outside France,
the gourmet wines in this region date back to over 1000 years.
We will take you on a tour, visiting some
local Château and Caves. We stop off for lunch at a well known Chateau for
a guide through the whole process of winemaking, tasting their award winning
wines, accompanied with local farm cheeses and pates, followed by a stroll
through the vineyards. On departure you will be given a small souvenir from
the Chateau.
£85 for the tour, an extra night’s accommodation and an evening
meal at La Bonne Bouffe.
