Food means everything to us. Its the whole
experience, those unforgettable moments of pleasure from melt in the mouth seared
foie gras on toasted brioche, to watching your children tuck into their
first ever plate of mussels and garlic.
Don’t get us wrong, we’re not
totally fanatical. What we enjoy just as much is the fun and pleasure you
get from cooking and sharing simple, great food with others, something you
will experience on your cooking holiday with us.
