About The Hosts

Bonne Bouffe is owned and run
by Chris and Denise West. Between the two of us we have
over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I (Chris) will
be your personal chef during your holiday.

I have learnt my trade through
many fine establishments, catering for top name celebrities at a private club,
and for directors at some of the UK’s top blue chip
companies. During this time I devised and ran cookery schools as part of
my role as Executive Chef
Denise too shares a wealth of
food knowledge also beginning her career as a talented chef and progressing
to senior management for major clients.
