A great few days, hard work but relaxing as well. Learnt loads of things and enjoyed eating the results. Eating en famille made the whole atmosphere really friendly an the gîte style breakfast and accommodation gave us a bit of privacy as well. Max should grow up to be a great food critic! Thank you both so much for a really super day yesterday.  I so enjoyed it, as I'm sure everyone else did too.  You had clearly put in a huge amount of effort into making it all work and I certainly came away feeling that I had learnt a lot from the experience.  I'm not a confident cook, especially when dealing with pastry (in fact I've never made my own) but now I shall be happy to make the sweet pastry that we prepared.  The lunch was absolutely delicious and the day just passed too quickly!

 

I am writing to thank you both for a thoroughly enjoyable & instructive day. I am not alone in thinking that the whole thing went very well indeed from start to finish - I am ashamed to say I was pretty tired when I got home - must have been all the alcohol !!!!

A rather belated note to say thank you for a fantastic day on Friday. I have never attended a cookery course before and I had no idea what to expect but I enjoyed every minute. I really don't know where the 8 hours went to. The whole day was well organised, the kitchen well equipped and the two of you couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The food was really delicious too......

Where do I start, what a great day and fun too. I'm glad you have created a residential course as I am thinking of moving in permanently!  I leant so much in just 8 hours, I will definitely be back.  The food we prepared was delicious; it has given me much more confidence to try new dishes. I have no doubt that your school will be a huge success and we will see many more Bonne Bouffe's popping up all over Europe.
