Itinerary and Courses

 

Having a detailed schedule of your chosen course is immensely valuable regardless of its duration. Listed below is an outline of what each course entails to enable you to find the one best suited to you.

 

Through experience we believe nothing should be set in stone, as we aim to please by being as flexible as possible. Each course can be tweaked to incorporate specific requests and circumstances which allow you to get the maximum enjoyment.

 

All classes are in English and will be intimate groups of 4-6 (courses for larger groups available) to ensure you benefit from our full attention and one to one tuition. All the dishes and menus you prepare are explained in your very own personal recipe pack.

 

We cater for all levels of ability and we will tailor each course to our guests needs including dietary requirements, and family cooking courses, when the kids can get stuck in too.
