Is the price per person
or couple?
Our price is per person and includes the accommodation, meals,
refreshments, tuition and excursions. .
What if I want to come on my own, how much will I pay?
Exactly the same. We do not charge any extra for single room
occupancy.
Are you open all year?
Yes. We have four beautiful seasons here and the prices also include your
heating.
Do you cater for all levels and
ages?
Yes, we work with all from total beginners to those with more advanced
levels. Ages so far have ranged from the mid twenties to the mid
seventies. We will look after you all.
What accommodation do you
offer?
We use a charming B&B which has ensuite
bedrooms which we hope will cater for your entire home from home comforts
and requirements.
What activities are available for my spouse/partner who is not
participating in the classes?
The answer depends on
the partner's interest. Some go biking or golfing, some go fishing and
others explore the Gaillac vineyards in the region. Others tour nearby
sites... And others read, sit in the cafés, or stay by the pool.
Can my (non-participating) spouse/partner come to meals with the
group?
A non-participating spouse/partner will be welcome to join the
group for all meals and is included in the price of ‘Just a
Taste’.
Do you run family courses?
Yes, We teach children starting from age of 7 and would tailor make a
course to suit all ages of the family group
I don't speak ANY French. How will I get along?
Pas de problem! (No problem) All our
classes are taught in English.
Who visits your cooking school?
Mainly our customers are those looking to have fun indulging in their
love of good food. We have couples, singles and friends of all ages
visit.
Do you offer longer or shorter stays?
Our price is currently based per 3 or 4 days, however, please contact us
to discuss your personal requirements further.
Do you cater for groups?
Yes we do. We have had a couple of companies and organisations book the
whole school for the week. Contact us to discuss your requirements
further.
Do you offer
accommodation if I want to stay on after the course has finished?
Yes we do, we offer B&B per night or
Transport and how do we get to
you?
Our closest city airport is Toulouse which
British Airways and many low cost airlines fly daily from the UK along with many daily internal
connections from Paris.
We would recommend hiring a car for visiting us as we are set in a
bewitchingly beautiful part of South West France or alternatively please
contact us and we can discuss how we may help.
We are a small family run school and place your enjoyment at the centre
of our core values. We aim to provide very high standards of
accommodation and tuition and will happily modify and personalise your
holiday to ensure your stay is a truly rewarding and beneficial one.
